We set up a dedicated team to handle your project, and the team members possess the experience and work ethic to correctly execute the project deliverables. A Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of your project. They also serve as the primary point of contact for your queries, concerns, or suggestions. We offer the following Project Management services:

Author Liaison :

A Project Manager is assigned to communicate with an author about their specific requirements and also act as a bridge between the author and the publisher. The author liaison ensures that the author and publisher are proactively engaged with each other and that both sides are completely satisfied with the progress of the project. We strive to ensure that the lines of communication always remain open between the author and publisher.

Publisher Liaison:

The publisher liaison also provides periodic updates about project milestones and overall progress of the project.

Some of TPDMS features include:

• Easy process design options to set-up a project.
• Facility to generate production files as per the output requirements.
• Facility to integrate with external, internal applications, and third-party software for production activities.
• Automatic tracking system of document movement at any stage of the production process.
• Web-based tracking facility.
• Identify each member’s productivity to assess additional training needs.
• The system supports any number of users and offers predictable scalability.
• This system has numerous report generation capabilities to help the entire production team and management to monitor the project viability and efficiency.
